Initiate a Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic components in their original factory packaging with all included manuals, cables, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your RMA email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's functionality and condition, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
